Komugi Umare Men Sodachi - Refreshing and unique in-house handmade noodles

This is one ramen restaurant that we went unplanned (and not even in my long list of food shortlist), but still got a pleasant surprise!

Ramen Misoya - Surprisingly good ramen opposite Nagano JR Station

This ramen shop has superb location (opposite Nagano JR station), long opening hours (11am-1am), and opens daily! Shortlisted into my to-eat list for this trip purely based on its location and opening hours, cause not much food stalls open that late into the night outside of the main cities in Japan.

Most importantly, how does this bowl of ramen fares?

Pho Le - Best Pho in Ho Chi Minh City!

Hands down my number 1 go-to Pho in Ho Chi Minh City, or maybe even Vietnam (at the moment)! Since I have only eaten Pho in HCMC, Hanoi, Tay Ninh, Da Nang, and Hoi An. There are still so many other cities in Vietnam that I have not yet try their Pho!
